Objective: this study assessed the physical fitness status of female college students by measuring the body composition,cardiopulmonary function,flexibility,muscle strength and muscle endurance through 3 months of exercise intervention.The intervention of babao tongling calisthenics exercise to improve the health and physical fitness of female college students provides a scientific basis for effectively improving the health and physical fitness of female college students.Methods: this study used the experimental method,30 jishou university female college students were randomly selected as experimental object,and divided them into the experimental group and control group,each group of 15 people,the experimental group: in addition to the regular school related activities,only 3 months of sweet two body-building exercises exercise intervention,60 min at a time,three times a week,respectively on Monday,three,five at a time.The content of the exercise is designed as follows: the first part is the beginning part(the warm-up part)and the time is 10 min.The second part is the basic part(the exercise of babao bronze bell calisthenics),the time is 40 min,the heart rate of the intensity is controlled at 120-150 times/min.The third part is the end part(relaxation exercise),and the time is 10 min.Control group: received no additional intervention activities,only the school routine related activities.Control group in addition to learning,do not participate in any physical exercise,only daily physical activities;T test was performed on the test results before and after the experiment.Results :(1)after exercise intervention,there was no significant difference in the body mass index of female college students before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in body fat rate before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).(2)After exercise intervention,there was a significant difference in left and right hand grip strength of female college students before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).There were significant differences before and after one-minute sit-ups(P < 0.05).(3)after exercise intervention,there was a significant difference in the flexibility of female college students before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).(4)after exercise intervention,there were significant differences in the maximum intake,lung capacity and quiet heart rate of female college students before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).Conclusion : the exercise of babao bronze bell calisthenics can improve the health and physical fitness of female college students.
