Snow sports tourism is one of the unique in the sports tourism field which relyingmainly on winter resources. In Liaoning province, with the snow sports tourismdeveloping and the increasing of the people who join in this project, the snow sportstourism wins more and more people’s favorite. How to greet the wave of snow sportstourism? How to know the needs of the purchaser? How to increase the product rangeof snow sports tourism? These questions are the key of developing the snow sportstourism. And it needs us to know the factors for snow sports tourism productrequirement. This article redefines snow sports tourism on the basis of other scholars’researches of snow sports tourism,and mentions the relevant factors of influencingsnow sports tourism product requirement which based on the relevant theories andcontent. First,this article selected five cities from Liaoning province to investigate inthe snow sports tourism and other scenics. Second, analyzed and summarized theinfluencing factors as purchasers and potential purchasers for snow sports tourismproduct requirement. Finally, provide some reference to the snow sports tourismproduct development design and snow sports tourism sustainable development.This article mainly used the literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematicalstatistics method and logical analysis,and used questionnaires which had beendesigned and tested as a survey tool,and adopted random sampling method to surveySnow Sports tourism product purchasers, then obtained the basic informations. Thisarticle used SPSS statistical software for basic descriptive statistics, the frequencystatistics,screened and validated assumable factors, the results are as following:1.In Liaoning province, snow sports tourism purchasers are mainly youngpeople and most of them are male; purchasers are mainly students and institutions;purchasers are mainly undergraduates and junior college students.2. The purchaser of snow sports tourism products, their main concern isbroadcast through television advertisements,website information and snow eventstelevised.Snow sports tourism product demand, people prefer skiing,skating,watchingsnow sports,ice slides, horse-drawn sledge, snow ring, snow soccer these projects.The buyers purchase motivation is to experience an exciting entertainment, travelingwith family and friends. Interesting, irritating and security is the main productcharacteristics to attract people to buy this product.3. The influencing factors for snow sports tourism product requirementincluded: Human environment (winter sports popularity rise trend such as skiing andskating; winter games, sports and traditional national customs; traditional winterfestival celebration; the growth of the skiing people numbers; the attention of thegovernments), Ancillary services (Free transport; food and accommodationconditions; bathing, spa and other assisted leisure products; service attitude andquality; the tour guides’s guidance and the quality; winter sports training courses),Security risks (medical, emergency conditions, and ambulance crew of the site;Accident insurance services for winter sports tourism; Personal safety and riskawareness; snow quality and the thickness of the lake ice for winter sports tourismregions), Topographical features (snow sports tourism regions:The altitude of the mountain; mountain slope; the sunlight on the mountain that ski resort relying;),Economic conditions (Personal income; personal consumer preferences; snow andwinter sports tourism product price), Geographical and ecological (Convenienttransportation conditions; snow sports tourism and natural resources, ecologicalenvironment; snow sports tourism weather conditions), finally,there are6termsand24specific factors.4. Five suggests: Strengthen the geographical trend factors, to plan publicitywinter sports to stimulate the demand for purchasers. Improve winter sports touristservice quality and service facilities,to meet the various needs of the purchasers. Payattention to the security risk factors, to establish unexpected situations emergencymedical operation mechanism.
