| Traditional sightseeing projects in the leisure tourism are gradual cannot meet the increasingly diversified leisure needs of tourists.The integration of sports and tourism is not unexpected,what’s more,with the advantages of high participation and entertainment experience,sports tourism has gradually become the mainstream of leisure and tourism activities.Xi’an has a lot of resources for the development of sports tourism with a good tourism culture and a mass base.The promulgation of the document of the State Council No.46 and the promulgation of the plan of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of Shaanxi Province laid the foundation for the development of sports tourism in Xi’an area.In this study,literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,field visits and other methods were conducted.The influencing factors of sports tourism in Xi’an area were regarded as the research objects.Field visits were implemented to Lintong International Resort,Cuihua Mountain Scenic Area,White Deer Ski Resort,Shaanxi Province Stadium and other places.The situations of sports tourism resources in Xi’an,including distribution,development,market and the practitioners,were investigated.The influencing factors of sports tourism in Xi’an area were discussed regarding four aspects including the consumer factors,the government and social factors,the tourist area factors and other influencing factors.The results showed:1.Xi’an has a wide variety of sports tourism resources,including land,water,folk and racing sports tourism.With the obvious advantages of location and traffic,Xi’an can develop a higher degree.2.Xi’an tourism industry is continuing to develop.The built in sports + tourism and the development of sports tourism resources makes the current Xi’an sports tourism market begun to take shape,and the market development space is huge.The survey shows that the number of sports tourism participation is 56.9%,and the degree of education is positively related to the degree of participation.The most influential items in sports tourism are mountain climbing,recreational and recreational activities,and the income of sports tourism participants Level and spending power is relatively high,indicating that the modern pursuit of tourism is derived from the basic life of asublimation performance.Meanwhile,the professional skill and the education of the managers of the sports organizations in Xi’an are not high.Master’s degree and above only 4.1%;0-3 times a year to participate in training only are 57% of the total survey population,learning and training need to be further strengthened.3.Among the many factors influencing the development of sports tourism in Xi’an,we focus on consumer,government and social factors,and tourism.In addition,other factors,such as security,sports industry maturity,and social investment,have a greater impact on the development of sports tourism in Xi’an.4.Development strategies were suggested regarding six aspects: reasonable development of sports tourism resources in Xi’an area,the use of large-scale sports events to promote the development of sports tourism in Xi’an,actively promote the participation of strong,distinctive national sports tourism projects,strive to improve the needs of mass sports tourism,a variety of ways to cultivate sports tourism talent,and encourage and guide investment in sports tourism industry. |
