In recent years, along with our country and the world economy,culture of continuous integration, foreign language in the domestic attention degreeis more and more high, which to some extent, it promotes the development ofbilingual teaching of children, compared with foreign countries, bilingual teachingin China due to a late start, development is relatively lagging behind, and bilingualteaching the children in developed countries there is still a certain gap. At the sametime, due to the impact of China’s national conditions and the related factors,determines the bilingual teaching in our country children cannot be the whole copy,must be based on the introduction of foreign advanced experience, combined withan evolution of the actual situation in our country.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,bilingual teaching theory, the second chapter summarizes domestic and foreignbilingual teaching of the rise and development at home and abroad, the third chapterof preschool bilingual teaching and target for comparison, the fourth chapter ofdomestic and foreign bilingual teaching methods, the fifth chapter of preschoolbilingual teaching evaluation.Introduction to the problem, and the present research situation of the problemis analyzed; the first chapter introduces the definition of the concept of bilingualteaching, for classification, model, analyzed the factors and influence factors of thebilingual teaching; bilingual teaching in the second chapter of domestic and foreignchildren’s rise and development of the situation; the third chapter to the fifth chapterrespectively from the differences in bilingual teaching the children on the domesticand foreign teaching materials, teaching objectives, teaching methods, teachingevaluation and other aspects are discussed. I hope that through the comparison andanalysis of domestic and foreign children’s bilingual teaching, the development ofbilingual teaching in our country children can play a positive role in teaching theoryguidance and inspiration.
