In this dissertation, the technical difficulties and teaching methods of juvenilebadminton are discussed. It makes the coaches and juvenile athletes to deepen theunderstanding of technical difficulties of badminton. Some effective teaching methodsmake the juvenile athletes easy to grasp the technical difficulties of badminton. It laida good foundation for improving the technical level and competitive ability ofjuvenile badminton.The main technical difficulties of juvenile badminton teaching are surveyed andsummarized by research methods of literature method, questionnaire method, expertinterview method and logic analysis method. According to a questionnaire oftechnical difficulties survey which is laid down in the light of physical, psychologicalcharacteristics of children and technical characteristics of badminton, a survey is donepointed at the coach of professional training institutions and clubs. By data collection,statistical regression, combining with the literature introduction and the suggestion ofinterviewed experts, the main technical difficulties of juvenile badminton are gotten.In many difficulties, forehand and backhand fly balls are considered as an example todo the analysis and discussion. Firstly, the difficulties are analyzed from technicallevel. Further, according to the physiological and psychological characteristics ofchildren, the deep-seated reasons and roots of that why these technologies becometechnical difficulties of juvenile badminton are further analyzed. Then it combinedwith several common errors in the process of the children’s learning. At the same time,several influencing factors are gotten: lack of strength, weak ball feeling, battingpoint, direction and angle of the racket in batting.3corresponding solutions arerecommended for future teaching. Firstly, skilled movement should be standardized.Traditional teaching methods and audio-visual teaching methods could be usedtogether. Multiple forms might guide the children to establish action representation.The actions are established by practicing without ball and fallen into a pattern bypracticing with ball. Secondly, Footwork is the basis and prerequisite for ensuringreasonable ball. It can practice to using a large number of single step andcomprehensive step in order to improve the flexibility and quick footwork. At last, theability of batting can be improved by all kinds of multi-ball practice and counteracting exercise. In the process of teaching, it must be in accordance with theiraptitude. Further more, recreation, relaxation and encouragement are very important.Some details need to pay special attention to, such as the standard of the action, theforce, the footwork and reverse power.
