With the improvement of people’s living standards, children’s badminton training is gradually involved in people’s lives, and is accepted by the public. However, there are still many problems in society: the unevenly coach teaching level,no unified teaching content and method, more focus on footwork than technique. Not abiding the relevant principles of children’s physical exercise. For this purpose, the author solves the existing social problems in children badminton training from section to the whole system, especially in the teaching of footwork.attaches importance to the pace of contempt fundamentally, enables the students to learn pace actively,In the harvest of joy at the same time, they also laid solid basic skills.Children will encounter a variety of problems in the teaching of badminton in the pace: action is not accurate, the fast pace of learning and quickly forget, boring, student’s interest is not very high.At the same time, there are a large number of migration and interference phenomenon in the teaching of physical education. It is difficult for students to make the boring pace become the center of learning,to enable students to learn and understand the pace spontaneously and reduce the interference of external factors to technology action, and to establish the correct power setting. In badminton sport, the pace of the moving speed correctly or not directly affects the badminton technical performance.Because the ball’s speed is very fast, the placement is changeable,so the correct pace to have good support, can ensure the accuracy and coordination of technique. The so-called‘seven points on the feet, three points on hand is the truth.Nevertheless, compared with boring pace practice, students prefer the technology on technique learning. And therefore the pace teaching with innovativeinterest badminton class will induce students to establish correct power setting, reduce the error actions, improve the students’ enthusiasm for learning pace, grasp the pace more effectively, and make the teaching effect improved significantly.Inductive game teaching method is a systematic method of learning badminton pace, which provides a new teaching model for young people to master footwork. This teaching method is established based on the traditional teaching of badminton pace. One part of the content is for reference, the other part is the self innovation.Inductive game teaching method is systematic, induced, innovative, efficient and entertainment etc, which induces students to establish correct power setting, reduces error actions, learn efficiently, and make students to grasp badminton teaching pace systematically, accurately and actively. This paper studies on badminton footwork teaching by using the method of Literature,Expert interview method,Expert interview method,Experimental method,Mathematical statistics. It aims to the children of 7-12 years old.The author is divided experimental subject into two age groups,7-9 and 10-12 respectively. In the experiment, the experimental group using "induced game teaching method",while the control group using the traditional teaching method. After the end of the teaching content, the experimental group and the control group were given general physical fitness test, special physical fitness test and special footwork test, the students’ interest in learning and the parents’ satisfaction survey.Collecting and analyzing the data,we draw the conclusion: the use of inductive game teaching method for the teaching of footwork improves the students’ special physical quality significantly, achieves better effect of footwork teaching, and parents’ satisfaction is obviously improved.
