Through the study of relevant literature and found that since the Americanpsychologist Albert Bandura proposed after the self-efficacy theory, the theory hasbecome an important area of psychological research, scholars from various countrieshas maintained its high research enthusiasm. And it has become an important issuewhich the educators face to improve student learning self-efficacy. In the current fieldof education especially in the field of basic education, educators and parents tend toignore the impact of academic self-efficacy, they lack of issues an research abouttheoretical and practical understanding of operational, and how to train learnself-efficacy is rarely bother. Since junior high school students in the qualitativecharacter of the period, adolescent changeable instability, mood fluctuations,rebellious clear grasp of their development have a greater degree of difficulty.Self-efficacy theory stresses people are the motivation of the act, humanmotivation is included in the reciprocal determinism among individual internal factorsand behavior, environmental events constitute the three-way interaction. Self-efficacy,including the origin and function of personal ambition, outcome expectations,opportunity structures and constraints on perception, personal effectiveness, etc., forthese constituent elements and how they work together to adapt and change theirrelative roles. The formation process of self-efficacy, is the integration of a variety ofindividual ability can be used to determine the source of information in the process.Self-efficacy main sources of information are: alternative sexual experience, mastersexual experience, verbal persuasion, emotional and physiological state.Bandura that self-efficacy through cognitive, selection, motivation and emotionare four main processes regulating human activities in this adjustment process, thesedifferent aspects work together rather than isolation is usually performed. Theresearchers also found that learning self-efficacy than four processes throughacademic impact.Learning self-efficacy is the self-efficacy theory in the field of education and learning applications, in combination with educational psychology, psychology oflearning and other related theories developed on the basis of self-efficacy in the fieldof learning performance, refers to the student the use of self-learning ability andskills to accomplish the task of self-confidence level is the individual learningbehavior and performance in regulating a subjective judgment and conviction.In this study, in this context, from the class group counseling, learningself-efficacy two aspects, the psychological development of junior high schoolstudents study attempts to explore the group guidance for junior high school studentsstudy the impact of self-efficacy, the development of group guidance programpromote student learning self-efficacy improved.In this study, through the self-efficacy theory, group guidance theory in depthstudy, using questionnaires, comparative law, literature, statistics and other researchmethods, the first secondary school in Boshan of Zibo City parallel classes in firstgrade10randomly selected from two classes started (9) classes and started (10)classes, and randomly started (9) classes as the experimental classes, who started (10)classes as the control classes. After the experimental class group guidance program ofactivities for intervention training classes were conducted in the normal course ofmental health after a quasi-experimental, through research data analysis, the followingconclusions:1. Group guidance to improve the experimental group members learn positiveself-efficacy, reduce negative learning and improve academic self-efficacy had asignificant role;2. Forward learning on academic self-efficacy has a significant positivepredictive significance, can be considered positive learning academic self-efficacy isthe antecedent variables.
