Can helpimprove the design consciousness, designed to identify appreciation ability, improve the qualityof the role of, is very important to the all-round development of students, is a strong impact onthe quality of life of a basic quality.This paper put forward by developing Marine culture course, explore several design,application of teaching model, students can design sketches, select appropriate material, usingthe method of three-dimensional construction, to the integrated use of learned knowledge andmaterials to the design, invention, beautify life, training in Marine culture, design innovationconsciousness and ability. And try to mining design as a kind of productivity, to blend in Marineculture industry as the goal, let the student’s daily work (job, work) no longer become a kind of"junk" after class, but use value, as a gift or goods, for example, causes the student to the designof the application creation achievements in social vitality, strengthen students’ sense ofachievement, so as to make the fine arts education in training students’ innovation ability andpractice ability of function, let the students learn to use their own way to express the love of theocean city life.The main purpose of the junior middle school stage art design education is to cultivatestudents to form the design consciousness and improve the beginning ability, rather thancultivating specialized design talented person. In the teaching should follow the rules of students’cognitive development, accords with the practice of students body and mind and life, try to avoidtoo specialized knowledge.This paper is divided into four chapters. The introduction part of this thesis researchbackground and the reason and significance of topic selection were briefly reviewed in this paper.The first chapter defines the concept of Marine culture, Marine culture curriculum resourcesdevelopment value and used in the teaching of the feasibility analysis, as the main body in thepaper. The second chapter mainly discusses "ocean culture" characteristic resources in theteaching of junior middle school fine arts design applications to use, as the focus of this paper, respectively from the Marine culture choosing the content of the curriculum resources, to realizethe target orientation and the use of Marine culture resources optimization design applicationteaching ways are explored. The third chapter to explore the teaching evaluation, and is theimportant part of this thesis, trying to explore to innovate the teaching evaluation of the. Thefourth chapter combining theory and practice and specific case.
