| As a useful supplement to public school in China, private school has a positive meaning to the development of education, but the development of private school is faced with many challenges and difficulties. Many city private schools are designed for the children of migrant workers, so their teaching facilities, conditions and teaching methods are not scientific enough. Also these schools probably are lacking of teachers. All these problems create much trouble for carrying out moral education in private schools. However, there are also a number of high-fee private schools whose teaching facilities are first-class and teachers are redundant. But they simply focus on students’intellectual quality by giving lots of English, music, and art courses but do not pay enough attention to the moral education. They only take students’score as the main target which is not helpful to the diversified social development and the students’future. As a new form of educational object, the private school is mostly different from the public school in teaching concepts. Of course, private schools have a lot of innovation that public schools should learn from. In a word, moral education of private schools is still a long way to go. In the trend of quality-oriented education, it’s our educators’main tasks to implement the moral education of pupils effectively and make them get good ideological education, especially for moral education workers. In a society of complicated human consciousness, of rapid development of information technology, of people’s independent individual thinking, of marketed personal moral values, we must educate and guide pupils properly and effectively, in case they will take a wrong way in the future, in view of their young age and immature distinguish ability The main goal for primary school education is to accelerate the development of students’life, to achieve the career pursuit of teachers’, and to accomplish the sustainable development of the school, in which the first one is the core of our moral education. Making students to grow up healthily and happily is our rule and aim of moral education. The current primary school moral education work is faced with many problems, and the social environment is not good for its development. Even though, the moral education workers, with their highly positive responsible attitude, must push aside all obstacles and difficulties to make the moral education an effective form of education, but not a supplement of schools’ intellectual education. School leaders should take the moral evaluation achievement as the evaluation index, but not the enrollment rate of school. We should make moral education the real core. Nowadays, what we need is those talents with real wisdom and virtue. |
