With the development of the era, private education also develops along with various causes in China. In recent years, private non-qualification education institutions have provided the public with more and more education and teaching resources, which not only alleviates the pressure on public education and enriches education resources, but also further satisfies people’s increasing demand for education resources. It is noteworthy that though significant achievements have been made in private non-qualification education, sufficient emphasis has not been given to moral education. At the same time, since test-takers of art college entrance exam serve as one of service targets of private non-qualification institutions, clarifying the moral condition of this group is beneficial to further understand the relationship among private education, non-qualification education, test-takers of art college entrance exam and moral education and grasp the motion development rule of things, thereby better conducting moral education for test-takers of art college entrance exam in private non-qualification education institutions.Some issues were discussed in this article. Firstly, the author described the moral condition of test-takers of art college entrance exam in private non-qualification education institutions, defined relevant concepts, and tried to clarify the moral characteristics of test-takers of art college entrance exam in private non-qualification education institutions. In addition, the author summarized existing issues through analysis on the moral status quo of test-takers of art college entrance exam in private non-qualification education institutions. Then, the author analyzed the issues from deficiencies in moral education of test-takers of art college entrance exam in private non-qualification education institutions, i. e. lack of comprehensive understanding, lack of effective assessment, lack of education resources and lack of good environment. Finally, the author proposed the countermeasures for solving existing issues in moral education of test-takers of art college entrance exam in private non-qualification education institutions. Specifically, the author illustrated the countermeasures from four aspects in private non-qualification education institutions, i.e. setting up a correct education concept, promoting the building of a moral education system, improving the moral education level of teachers and building a harmonious moral education environment.
