The purpose of this research is to establish the evaluation model for structured evaluationelements of middle-level cadres of the middle and primary schools, thus to provide theoreticalguidance and assessment standards for school selection of the middle-level cadres.This study, taking the Middle-level cadres in primary and secondary schools as theresearch object, has collected a huge mass of structured interview evaluation elements througha variety of methods, including the literature review, job analysis, behavioral event interviewand the expert consultation.32items of the structured evaluation elements of middle-levelcadres are finalized in this thesis with the human resources experts’ further adjustment,modification and improvement.In this research, the sample questionnaire on assessment elements of structured interviewfor Middle-level cadres in primary and secondary schools is designed and adopted in themethod of random sampling in some primary and middle schools in dalian in the first time.With the help of SPSS17.0statistical software, the formal questionnaire has been finalizedafter deleting the those questions whose always total correlation less than0.3. After that, datawere collected by adopting this formal questionnaire in the selected primary and secondaryschools, and analyzed again by statistical software SPSS17.0Amos17.0. Finally, sixdimensions of the assessment factors module in structured interview for middle-level cadresof the primary and secondary schools has been built, including performance management,communication and cooperation, dynamic characteristics, pioneering and development,organizational match and interview impressions.Based on the assessment factors module in structured interview for middle-level cadresof the primary and secondary schools, through the analysis of variance, the model ofinterview factors and the critical assessment points have been set up for three department,including Office of Educational Administration, the Political Department and office ofgeneral services. The key assessment factor for selection of Middle-lever cadre for Office ofEducational Administration shall be the orderliness in making plans, and the factor shall bethe ability in resolving problems and self-controlling for the Political Department, andoptimistic and excited for office of general services.
