As a test and evaluation tool, interview plays an important role in personneldecisions.The structured interview is one kind of interview methods. Because of itsevaluation index, evaluation method, evaluation criteria and evaluation processconsistency, the structured interview is widely used in all walks of life. With thecontinuous improvement of the teachers’ social status and occupation treatment, thisoccupation is more and more concerned by the general public. In some key high schools,a job attracts dozens or even hundreds of people, how to determine the interview subjectelements, how to pull out the talent is one of the most concerned problems cared bymany school administrators.There are few researches for the construction of the secondary school teachersevaluation factors in the domestic. Based on the theory of people-post-organizationfit, this study takes the city zone of Chongqing key middle school teachers, academicleaders and leadership of the school as the research object. Interview evaluationelements for" Chongqing city key middle school beginning teachers structuredinterview assessing factors pretest questionnaire" are developed through literaturereview,job analysis, expert consultation and interview and open questionnaire survey.240teachers, academic leaders and school leaders fill out the questionnaire. Excel andSPSS17.0were used to do statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, independent sampletest, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis were done.51evaluation factors were leftat last. Through consulting human resources experts, the41evaluation factors willeventually be made" Chongqing city key middle school beginning teachers structuredinterview elements of the formal questionnaire",450teachers, academic leaders andschool leadership fill out the questionnaire. Excel and SPSS17.0were used to dostatistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis,reliability test were done. The final Common structured interview model includes basicteaching knowledge and skills, professional knowledge and skills, teachers’ innerpsychological quality, external quality, occupation morals, achievement orientation andinterpersonal insight. Based on this model, variance analysis, descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis, reliability test were done. Chinese, mathematics, Englishthree course evaluation model were built.
