With the rapidly developing and popularizing of the internet, Open education, as aInternet learning servicing institute, faces the problems of how to distinguish itself fromother institutes’ E-marketing to earn more money, how to find out the right way ofE-marketing which fits Open.This article is elaborating about the definition of Internet learning,the internal andthe external development of the Internet learning. In this article, we will be talkingabout the macroscopic environments through5views of G-PEST, and also talking aboutthe competition that Open are facing through Porter’s5-force model. With what we’vedone, Open took full advantage of internet as centre and then ascertained its goal marketon internet marketing, we will make marketing plans and discuss about the effects topoint out the deficiency. In the whole research, Open, for example, we study theproducts, price, ways and discounting strategy by using the method of usinginvestigation reports. Eventually, after studying, we come to the conclusion,which isbased on the situation of itself, that Internet learning servicing institute should make outthe suitable group of products, reasonable price, more ways, so the institute can make arapid effect.
