Internet Innovation And Learning Environment Research

Getting hold of the media characteristics of Internet, this article discusses Internet environment and Internet learning as follow three parts:Firstly, Internet have become into a mass learning media actually. By analyzing and synthesizing the present phenomena, the article explains the objectivity and inevitability of Internet as a mass learning media.Secondly, the article systematically discusses Internet environment from theory aspect. The article expounds the technical foundation of Internet learning environment, illustrates the open and flexible characteristics of Internet framework for integrating IT, and describes the searching technique of Internet as the sharing knowledge platform; furthermore, the article defines the Internet learning environment exactly and probes into the design of the Internet learning system; analyses the key factors of Internet learning resources, namely, the knowledge representation of the Internet learning resources.Lastly, based on inquiring into the learning online and constructing the informational course for half of a year, the author induces and summarizes Internet learning types, with an emphasis on developing new way to make learner proposition-based thinking online.
