Teachers’work values as important index which measures the professional development of preschool teachers, it guidelines for teachers thinking and behavior and plays an important role in the development of preschool education. From the point of views of the study of the work values at home and abroad, they are mostly focused on the study of college students, employees, schools and college teachers. However, preschool teachers’work values are rarely. Therefore, the research adopts400teachers from15kindergartens as the research object and utilizes literature, questionnaire, the interview and comparative study method to study preschool teachers’work values in Hebei Province. We find out the present condition of preschool teachers’work values, analyse some caueses and provide some suggestions.The study concluded that:1. Preschool teachers’work values in general are positive, healthy development momentum. The evaluation is relatively higher.2. In general, preschool teachers’work values in gender differences are not significant, but female teachers’work values are higher than male teachers.3. In general, preschool teachers’work values in age difference are not significant, but organizational management, prestigious status, interpersonal relationship, the security and stability have significant differences between different age levels.4. In general, preschool teachers’work values in seniority have significant difference and show the "v" font trend. Meanwhile, professional development, organizational management and interpersonal relationship have significant differences between different seniority levels.5. In general, preschool teachers’work values in educational background have significant difference especially preschool teachers’Work Values of the bachelor’s degree are lowest. Professional development, prestigious status, altruism and dedication have significant differences. Interpersonal relationship, the security and stability have equivalent difference.6. In general, preschool teachers’work values in titles difference are not significant, but material reward and the pleasure have significant differences between different titles levels.7. In general, preschool teachers’work values in nursery types have significant difference. Meanwhile, material reward, organizational management, the pleasure, the security and stability have significant differences between different nursery types.8. In general, preschool teachers’work values in Kindergarten location have significant difference. Material reward, interpersonal relationship and professional development have significant differences between different areas.
