Because of preschool teachers on teachers group has its uniqueness, their tasks than other schools teachers more comprehensive and meticulous, with their teachers of primary and secondary schools, and so has different age of education objects and different social requirement, that existed in different professional pressure, because the pressure source of different, pressure difference of degree, cause job burnout of incentive, show some characteristic also may differ.
