Medical ethics is a concrete manifestation of occupation moral in the medical field,it is the sum of the medical staff should follow the norms of behavior in medical practice. As a special occupation,the medical industry is related to the life, disease and health of mankind’s most vital interests. With the development of our country socialist market economy development and social change, nursing and nursing service mode has become a reality, in the field of professional nursing,"the concept of holistic nursing to the patient as the center" has been gradually established, diversified nurses require good occupation morals cultivated manners. However, in today’s rapid economic development, people’s value orientation increasingly diversified, medical care service is facing the threat of moral declining."Moral education is the first of medical education", the medical ethics education is social ethics and occupation moral guidance, according to the basic theory and the medical ethics education of medical ethics as the main content of the purposeful, planned and moral education activities. Vocational nursing students are the future of nursing workers, charged with the task that how to heal the wounded and rescue the dying, their ideological and moral quality and professional quality, will directly affect the level and quality of China’s medical and health sector, related to the future of China’s health status and development. The implementation of moral education in vocational school must adapt to and follow the law of development of medical ethics, through the understanding of the current medical ethics education cognition and the implementation situation and existing problems in vocational nursing, medical ethics education in the process of implementation as a positive, strengthen guidance, strengthen vocational nursing students’moral responsibility and sense of mission, promote them to form a correct noble medical ethics and medical ethics, values.In order to study the medical ethics education cognition and the implementation situation and existing problem of the current secondary vocational nursing students, the author designed the questionnaire, select Dalian railway health school students as the research object, according to the investigation of300nursing students of medical ethics cognition education and educational status of the implementation,we found the following problems that the current secondary vocational nursing students exist in the education of medical ethics cognition:(1) students of medical ethics education objective and necessary cognitive vocational nursing;(2) nursing students have deviation on the education of medical ethics cognition;(3) lack of service concept awareness for nursing students in Vocational School about the new medical ethics. Vocational nursing students in medical ethics education has the following problems:(1)the main body of the medical ethics education implementation is weak;(2) the content of medical ethics education lag;(3)the mode of medical ethics education is simple;(4) medical ethics education is not completed. In view of the current student medical ethics education of medical ethics education cognition and implementation status and problems of vocational nursing, put forward to strengthen the implementation of medical ethics and medical ethics education and cognitive nursing students to improve the countermeasures and suggestions, including the following aspects:(1) to improve ability of medical ethical education of secondary vocational nursing students;(2) establish a culture of nursing specialty on the values of nursing students in vocational school;(3) guide the modern concept of nursing students;(4) optimized medical ethics education subject construction;(5) pay attention to the content of medical ethics education effectiveness;(6) constructing method of implementing the moral education under the new situation;(7) to expand the way of the medical ethics education of vocational nursing students.
