Strengthening The Nursing Professional Occupational Safety Education In Secondary Vocational And Technical Schools Moral Education

Occupational safety education of nursing specialty is an important part of health vocational education,but also to meet the safety needs of nursing students,however,in the current model of vocational education,most vocational schools attention to professional skills,contempt for professional consciousness.According to the literature research,the current health vocational education system has not yet compiled nursing occupational safety education related courses,and health vocational education is rarely for professional disciplines to carry out occupational safety education.Strengthening the nursing professional occupational safety education in Secondary vocational and technical schools moral education,can make up for the lack of vocational safety education to a certain extent,while achieving the specific requirements of moral education goals.In this paper,from the perspective of secondary vocational education teachers,study on strengthening the occupational safety education in nursing specialty in moral education,and put forward countermeasures to solve the problem.The article has four parts,the first part explains the research background and research significance of the article,and uses theliterature research method to summarize and evaluate the occupational safety and nursing occupational safety education of the nurses profession,and put forward the theoretical basis and research ideas of the article reference.The second part defines the concept of vocational education and nursing occupational safety education respectively,and expounds the necessity and significance of strengthening occupational safety education in secondary vocational education.The third part mainly through the questionnaire survey and interview method,researches on the Guangzhou Health Science College,it is found that there are some problems in the construction of vocational safety education,such as inadequate curriculum construction,improper teaching methods and low level of students’ awareness of occupational safety,and conducts the cause analysisfrom the curriculum,teachers and students themselves.In the fourth part,on the basis of the previous discussion,the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures from the three aspects of curriculum construction,teacher construction and student construction.
