With the ongoing deepening of the new curriculum reform, China’s primary and secondary education gradually transformed from the examination-oriented education to quality education. However, a series of problems are confronted with in the transition process:due to no timely shift in the concept of education of primary and secondary school teachers, wearing new shoes to take the old road as well as chalk talk teaching mode is still very popular, which is not conducive to the formation of students’ innovative and independent personality; large-scale application of the modern education technology, especially the popularity of the network, enables students to read materials of knowledge more widely, and gradually reduce their dependence on teachers,also leads to a decrease in students in the spiritual aspects of personality, which is detrimental to the development of the quality of the student’s personality, emotions, cooperation. Therefore, we must strengthen the psychological health education and humanistic quality education in the teaching practice.In the current social context, a large number of migrant workers and one-child issues result in the lack of proper family education or family education for many students now. All of these need school education, especially the due responsibilities that our teachers should take.Primary and secondary school teachers should correctly understand the relationship of teaching and educating people, set a good example in their own day-to-day behavior through care and respect extended to the students, meanwhile we should shift the concept of "elite education" to "mass education" by facing them all in the classroom. Now there exist some problems and deficiencies in the teaching process as for high school math teachers. This paper aims to bring forward some ideas on building students satisfaction with mathematics teaching, guiding students to learn how to learn, in order to lay the foundation for students’ lifelong learning. At the same time, our high school mathematics teachers should recognize the comprehensive educational function of the high school mathematics curriculum in promoting students’knowledge and capability development, healthy development of the emotions, attitudes, values, with the pursuit of their independent personality formation to become a "full" person.
