A Research On The Leadership Of Dean Based On The Theories Of Leadership

As the economic globalization and the information age come, we are in thechangeable situation where the change is the only topic, the leadership environment haschanged a lot. More and more people attribute the success of organization to theleadership. Now the regression of college system, the development of higher educationand the successful launch of academy work comes up with new requirement and newchallenges about the leadership.
