Research On Management Of The Floating Population Family Planning In Dalian Puwan New District

Times New Roman. With the continuously promoting process of macrocosm urbanization, population movements are increasingly frequent. Many problems are brought to our attention, following the increased population movements, especially the problems in family planning management. The leakage in the management makes the family planning of floating population difficult control. As a newly established District, Puwan New District will be faced with the mass population movements. Although Puwan New District takes a series of management measures for floating population, policy adjustment is also required to deal with the pressure in the management.This paper makes a research on floating population management and service in Puwan New District through a survey about current status of family planning management for floating population in this New District, and the interview with relevant departments. The research indicates that difficult command of relevant information, low level of cooperation among related departments, low satisfaction to floating population management, and persistent illegal reproduction are the current main problems of family planning management of floating population in Puwan New District. The major reason why these problems are caused, apart from floating population, is the lack of service of administration departments. Puwan New District have to improve the sound system, carry out high-quality service, strengthen advocacy measures, perfect organizational structure, optimize the building of managerial personnel, promote the information-based level, enlarge the funds investment to solve these problems.
