| Tianjin is one of the most comprehensively powerful cities in China. With the rapid economy growth, the floating population will be definitely increasing. As an urban district, there has been a steady growth in the floating population of Hong Qiao District. In particular, following being set as the second center of Tianjin city, Hong Qiao District will attract a large amount of immigrations, and this will be absolutely a major policy of Hong Qiao population development in the future. It is no doubt assurance of human resource to the economy and society’s development of Hong Qiao, meanwhile, it’s also certain challenge to the floating population family planning service management of the district, which we have never faced before.Under this background, on the base of stating the concepts such as floating population family planning service management, this article analyses the current features of floating population family planning service management of Hong Qiao District, investigates the problems and causes. With reference of the experiences and practices of Shanghai Yang Pu district, Suzhou City, Ningbo City, Tianjin Bin Hai New district, where there’re rapid economy growth, large floating population and good family planning service management, considering our own condition, this article also offers some proposals on floating population family planning service management that are fit for Hong Qiao District. I hope this will help to create fine development and living conditions for the floating people who work and live in Hong Qiao, and contribute to the development of Hong Qiao.Structurally, this article includes five sections. Section one is the introduction of the importance, content, track, relevant concept and theory of the research; In section two, according to the data of the6th population census and daily statistics, there’re analyses of the current condition of Hong Qiao’s floating population family planning service management; In section three, with reference to the current status, there’s analyses to the problems and difficulties during the management. In section four, by the advanced experience of the floating population family planning service management of some other districts, we show some experience that Hong Qiao need to learn. Section five is the proposed methods to strengthen the floating population family planning service management. |
