The Present Situation And Countermeasure Research On The Floating Population Family Planning Service Management

According to the National Planning Commission statistics, in 1995 China’s only 47 million 580 thousand floating population in 2005 reached 147 million 350 thousand, compared to 1995 increased by two times; in the early 2016 is China’s floating population has reached 247 million people, close to the total population of 1/5 last year. A large number of population movements on the one hand to solve the rural surplus labor transfer to the city, provide a large number of labor resources for economic development; on the other hand, the current system of the two structure in urban and rural areas so that they can’t enjoy the city and resident population equal social security; Eighteen report clearly put forward the central government to strengthen and innovate social management, do a good job in social and public services, and promote social fairness and justice. But under the existing system, the floating population can’t be fully realized enjoy the equalization of services and household population, meet the needs of social reform, the realization of equalization of services, family planning services to strengthen the management of the floating population has become an important research topic.In this paper some understanding of family service and management of floating population plan for the red flag town of Zhuhai City, Pearl River Delta city with developed economy based on the red flag to town in Zhuhai city as an example, the floating population family planning services and management as the main research object, through the analysis of a micro town floating population and family planning service management, put forward the economic developed area in the population, explore the town population and family planning services and management, establish the comprehensive coverage of the floating population and family planning service system of equalization, and general inferences about the related problems; through family planning services and standardization, improve flow the quality of newborns, birth defects intervention, in order to achieve the goal of eugenics.
