Content:The dance is a form of art, is also the art of time and space, is a form ofperformance art, mainly is a manifestation of emotions and thoughts by body, dance isconcerned about the audience’s feelings. Is a kind of their own body as a fundamental physicalmovement, the human body is the expression of art, music, accompaniment rhythm as general,the rhythmic motion as the main means of expression form of art.As the dance to convey and media are the human body itself, but also because of itsexpression tool is the human body itself limbs and trunk, limitations, so the actionperformance dance will be human exercise ability. Therefore, besides the factor has a naturalgenetic, systematic training acquired also accounted for a large proportion of the. To changethe posture habits of normal human in the dance training, reach limbs can move freely, canfully flexible control of various body joints and muscle, not only should have very strongflexibility, but also has the very strong strength, to achieve the pursuit of the beauty of dancemovements and not hard to step, so as to embody the dance in three dimensional space to thebody as a language body language.During this research a large number of visits to relevant experts, higher vocationalcolleges and dance teachers and students, at the same time, the scene to observe the sportsdance teaching process, understand and find, most of China’s colleges and UniversitiesTeachers in sports dance training is the basic step dance practice and dance routines, as themain training content, dance skills training focuses on teachers to students after a singleaction group to composite skills based training, in addition to the physical training as thecenter. This phenomenon indicates that, teachers are more focused on the dance skills training,basic training and neglect the basic physical quality of the athletes.This study used experimental methods of Hebei Vocational Art College Sports DanceMajors,40students were divided into two groups (experimental group, control group)experimental study for a period of5months of core strength training method of Pilates, toinvestigate the influence of Pilates analysis of core training method on the dance electivestudents basic quality. According to the analysis of experimental result data are as follows: 1Pilates core strength training can improve the sports dance elective body shape indexstudents, maintain good posture plays a certain role in the dance movements.2Pilates core strength training for students majoring in sports dance based power qualityis improved in a certain extent.3Pilates core strength training scheme of flexibility in selected college sports dance ifthe effect is not too obvious, compared with general strength training effect difference is notobvious.4Pilates core strength training program can improve the Sports Dance Majors balancequality and coordination capabilities, and compared with the general strength training toenhance the range is significant.5Pilates core strength training scheme improves the sports dance elective over drillingstudents dance skills action clouds, is better than the general strength training.6Pilates core strength training is a kind of developing core strength training is formed onthe basis of the continuous development of the general strength training, special breathingmethods we add on the basis of its Pilates training, in fact there is a complementaryrelationship.Suggestions:Principles of training special features of its own as well as the core strength of1in thedevelopment of training programs must be combined with the motion of the project, toachieve a targeted, targeted training, in order to achieve the better training effect.2In the planning at the same time, in addition to considering the project characteristics,but also according to the individual differences of students to select the training content andload, to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, in order to make the training effect isthe best benefit.3Pilates core training and general training should be combined, the two complementeach other, according to the training needs, absorb the essence, to enable it to achieve the besteffect of training.4Core strength training method, by means of the project at present there is no uniformstandard, so we should strengthen the exchange of experiences among teachers, improve teachers’ professional level.5In the cultivation of students’ sports dance techniques, skills and physical quality at thesame time, but also pay attention to the cultural qualities of students learning, such as dance,dance art, aesthetic idea and aesthetic consciousness. It is important for the student’s athleticslevel.
