In2011, English curriculum standard of junior high school were revisedagain, the students not only learn English, but also cultivate the thinkingability of students, enhance the humanities accomplishment. But thetraditional "teacher tell students to listen to" teaching mode has been unable toreach the standards of curriculum. The teacher began to try to learn the newteaching methods, but because there was no specific teaching system, so theclassroom discussion was active, the students still didn’t understand allknowledge they learned in class, the students weren’t interested in learningEnglish, and the lack of language environment was still not solved, so theteacher couldn’t avoid the phenomenon of "dumb English", students couldn’tfind it fun, either. Their thinking development was also limited, and they werenot aware of the cultural differences. English can not be improved directly.EEPO effective education help teachers find a kind of new teachingmode, it is a way of "approach to learning-class-evaluation" whichconstitutes a three-dimensional education teaching mode, the systemoperability and practicability are strong. In this paper, the author attempts tochange the "centralized" of the traditional teaching way in English teachingthrough application of EEPO in junior middle school English teaching, andshe really hope to take the student as the main body of education to achieve "optimization classroom, efficient classroom ".She wants to solve the problemsof English teaching through the use of EEPO. In the practice of applicationEEPO, first we should grasp EEPO theoretical basis and difficult points.Second, we have to change the inherent learning mode, build in unit groupand the team cooperation mode of study way, help students to learn from eachother, to achieve the effect of perspectives. In the process of practice, teachersplay the role of guidance, clear the purpose of cooperative learning, promotethe emotional communication between the students, help students to realize the sharing of joy, achieve emotional attitude of the new English curriculumstandard. At the same time, in the process of cooperative learning, providesstudents with more opportunities to practice English, stimulate the students’interests, help students develop the thinking, increase the opportunity to learn.After the end of the questionnaire, the form of cooperative learning is popularamong the students, improve students’ study way, their grades have improved.Third, by using the teaching process of class type, the teacher can change thetraditional teaching mode, and stand in the perspective of students. Then theteacher can give full consideration to the teaching difficult point of thebreakthrough, and break the form of "teachers tell the students to listen to". Atthe same time, the system provides a convenient way of evaluation forteachers, teachers can process according to the content of each evaluationclass, feel inadequate in the process of teaching, and help the teacher who isteaching correct in a timely manner. Evaluation way change the pastgeneralized evaluation form and make it specific and systematic. It is also infavor of the rapid growth of the teachers in the professional.Through the application of EEPO, we feel EEPO bring about the changes.In the secondary school entrance exam in2013, the English class that theauthor takes was excellent, the average score was higher than the school gradepoint averages, and the school ranked second in Baotou City. EEPOapplication for the change of the junior middle school English teachingprovides the theory and practical operation, although there are still problemsin the application, but we believe that we can make it more perfect, andprovide better education for teaching way through the joint efforts of teachersand students.
