With the development of modern education,college enrollment is increasing,whereas,the number of university teachers is growing.These phenomenon make the teaching task become more and more arduous.At the same time,there are more and more problems in the quality of teaching.For example,inadequate supervision,lack of teaching quality evaluation method is effective.Therefore,how to improve the quality of teaching has become the focus of the current major universities and teaching areas,teaching quality evaluation method is very important to improve the quality of teaching.This paper studies the method of teaching quality evaluation based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and AHP.At the same time,using the improved RABC model,This article analyzes the evaluation of the quality of teaching method,and the quality of teaching evaluation system is designed and implemented.To evaluate the teaching quality more scientific.At the same time,the cost of the evaluation of the teaching quality is reduced,which makes the school teachers devote more time and energy to improving the teaching level.This paper firstly makes a research on the teaching quality evaluation method based on correlation theory and technology,the related realization technology of MVC mode,B/S structure,fuzzy mathematics principle,analytic hierarchy process and teaching quality evaluation are realized,the following researches are based on these studies.Then analyzes the demand of teaching quality evaluation system.Based on the research of RBAC model for the evaluation of teaching quality,a RBAC model is put forward to improve the teaching quality evaluation method,meanwhile,the fuzzy analysis theory and method of layer number sequence based on the application of the teaching quality evaluation system,in order to achieve more accurate evaluation of teaching quality results.The improved RBAC model enhances the security access control ability of the system and realizes more flexible and reasonable access control mechanism.At the same time,analyzes the system design,such as the system architecture design,system interface design,database design,system detailed design and implementation.
