| The rapid development of21st Century science and technology, on the one hand hasbrought the enormous material wealth to us; on the other hand it also has made human fallinginto the moral landslide and the survival crisis of emotional indifferent. The emotional world ofthe contemporary young people is barren that led to distortion, which has caused a lot of socialconcerns, such as Ma Jiajue incident and abusing cat event, sprinkling bear event, FudanUniversity poisoning incident, all of them underlines the tragedy of life because of the loss ofemotion. The purpose of education is to "adult" who are characterized by sound personality andsoul education of people, which is more important compared with the knowledge and skills.Chinese language classroom in senior school as native language education has the responsibilityfor fostering students’ healthy emotion. Prose works as an important part in Chinese textbooks insenior school which have deep meaning and emotional sincerity, are the best material ofaffection education for students. The new curriculum reform will take emotion, attitude andvalues as one of the three-dimensional objectives and the students’ emotion culture also as one ofthe goals of teaching. However, affection education in the prose teaching of high school havebeen ignored for a long time leading to prose teaching situation unsatisfactory as well. Therefore,the improved emotion of student is necessary requirement for prose teaching on the basis ofacquirement of knowledge and enhanced skills of students.In this paper, the problem of the affection education in high school prose teaching was takenas the research subject which is based on the theory of the psychology, pedagogy, and curriculumtheory, and this study discussed the critical role that affection education played in thedevelopment of the students’ aesthetic emotion, the cognitive abilities, the learning interest, goodcharacter as well as in the political, economic, culture from the two aspects of the individualvalue and social value. The methods of literature and empirical analysis were used to in-depthstudy and analyses the problems and the reasons in the prose teaching in this paper, and theconditions which is in the prose affection education were discussed from three aspects of students, teachers and teaching materials, then provided basis for the implementation of the proseaffection education in high school. Based on the above mentioned, the paper gave some correctstrategies and methods used in the prose teaching and try to find a feasible way and the clearguidance from the emotional dimension for the prose teaching in high school. In addition, inorder to correct understanding of teachers on affection education and to provide theory referenceand method support during the smooth implementation of affection education,the affectioneducation introduced in high school and finding connection point between them are not onlyprose teaching innovation in high school, but also impact on the development of affectioneducation goal.this thesis includes five parts:Part one is preface: I t introduces the research background and significance, the theory andpractice of the situation in domestic and oversea.
