Research On Multi-agent Cooperation Labor Conflicts Early Warning System

At present, our country is in economic transition, social transformation, focus on the outbreak of various social contradictions. Labor conflicts as one of the current major social contradictions of concern, some of the major labor conflicts outbreak caused widespread concern in the community. This paper studied on labor conflicts early warning system, selected Shanghai J Zone as a case.I combed through the literature and found that the current warning on labor conflicts, most studies focus on the government itself, few empirical research studies labor conflicts early warning system operating conditions and constraints. In this paper, starting from empirical research, trying to explain the current problems to major labor conflict early warning system effectiveness is not high.Although the labor conflicts early warning system has been used widely in many places, but its effect is not significant. Why did the labor conflicts early warning system is difficult to achieve the desired results? This paper start to study the main factors in labor conflicts warning system operation constraints. Through practical experience in the J development zone in Shanghai, I found multi-agent collaboration is labor conflicts early warning system running smoothly cornerstone. Establishment of multi-agent cooperation labor conflicts early warning system is very important. I also pointed out that the conditions in major labor conflict early warning system of multi-agent cooperation needed.
