| In recent years, with the continuous advance of the quality education, fullimplementation of the new curriculum reform, and the transformation of collegeentrance examination from knowledge conception to capacity conception, the entranceexamination is no longer test students’ rote, but to focus on examining whether studentscan utilize the knowledge to solve practical problems. Therefore, for middle schoolgeography teacher, the planning ideas, review concepts, review strategies and methodsmust follow the syllabus requirements, keep up with the changing times and changeaccordingly.As we all know, most of the current geographic entrance exam review adaptthree-round form. The first round of review is to review and summarize thegeographical knowledge having been learnt according to required and selectedtextbooks, to comb and implement each knowledge point, to establish the basis ofknowledge and ability. The second round is to explain and practice the emphasis anddifficulty with the main form of thematic review on the basis of the first round. Thethird round of review is to increase solving skills and enhance psychological qualitieson the basis of the first and second round with forms of student independent review andcomprehensive training.How to utilize three-round review method to not only achieve quality educationrequirements, but also improve the review efficiency and succeed in the entrance test?This thesis investigated three-round review on geographic entrance exam thoroughlybased on reality of geography entrance exam and combined with years of teachingexperience. This paper is divided into four parts.Part I: Introduction. Briefly introduced research background and significance,research ideas and methods, and reviewed domestic and foreign research literaturesPart II: The first round review of geographic entrance exam. The meaning androle of the first round of review, the involved basics including required geographytextbooks of three grades of high and junior school and selective textbooks were mainly explained. The establishment of teaching plan and the detailed application of teachingplan-review method were particularly investigated.Part III: The second round review of geographic entrance exam. The meaning androle of the second round review, the involved topics such as core knowledge, importantability and social hot topics were mainly explained. The application of exploredcomment strategy was particularly investigated.Part IV: The third round review of geographic entrance exam. The meaning androle of the third round review, the involved key contents such as problem-solving skillsbreakthrough and examination skills upgrading were mainly explained. The principlesof target, independency and comprehension were specially discussed.Part V: Conclusion.
