Therefore, as astarting point, this research uses the method of the literature, questionnaire, interview, fieldsurvey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to research and analysis the primary schoolPhysical Activity With Long-break of Beijing Chaoyang district Hujialou school (hereinafterreferred to as the district). On this basis, we can find the problems and solve them, thenpromote the value of exercise and provide the development direction, thus revealing, and canprovide reference for the effective development of primary school Physical Activity WithLong-break in Beijing. Specific research results show that:1ã€Compared with the traditional setting-up exercises during the break, the exercise benefitsof Physical Activity With Long-break are more significant. At present, the district of primaryschool are towards a direction of virtuous perfect in time, content, organization andmanagement and so on.2ã€The school district students understanding of Physical Activity With Long-break situation isoptimistic, and participate in a more positive attitude, especially in the activity content plaitand supervision and management, but due to the effect of various factors, studentsparticipation is very low.3ã€School teachers participation is higher, school leaders attach better importance to thedevelopment of Physical Activity With Long-break and take many kinds of ways to retrainingthe PE teachers’ professional proficiency. The equip of PE teachers is more abundant, but asthe increase of teaching work, the equip still need to supply.4ã€The time, place and the equipment of Physical Activity With Long-break can meet thestudent’s requirement; the choice of content and organization is diversified; the organizationand management have better regulation, regulators are comprehensive. But lack of placeindoor, the exercise is more effect by the weather; the content and organization need more flexible and provide more platform to students play subjectivity.5ã€There are many restricting factors and problems in the process of Physical Activity WithLong-break development, such as lack of place indoor, the exercise is more effect by theweather and so on.
