Research On The Situation And Influencing Factor Of Long-distance Rummimg Activity In The Middle And Primary School In Haidian District In Beijing

Recently, with the continuous development of the socio-economic level, people’sliving standards have improved gradually. However, the physically monitoring resultsindicate that adolescents’ physical level is declining year by year. As to improve theadolescents’ physical level significantly in nearly five years, the Ministry of Educationproposed the long-distance running activity in the county and it has been carried out forabout five years. The activity has also been attracted the attention in the whole society. Inthis paper, it based on large quantities of related documents and papers, mainly used themethods of questionnaires and mathematical statistics, it conducted the research on thecurrent situation and influencing factors of the Winter Long-distance Running Activity ineight schools in Haidian District in Beijing. Then it obtained the shortage, analyzed theimportant reasons and make recommendations to related organizations.The paper concludes:1.The Winter Long-distance Running Activity has been widely carried out in thoseschools, but the participate degree is not very well, and the organizational form byschool is not the likely kind by students.2.In those factors that influence the participate degree, the most significant factor isthe family, then the classmates, school culture and personnel reason.3.The students’ interest in taking part in the Winter Long-distance Running Activityis not very high, then boys and girls have significantly differences.4.The differences of the interests mainly come from their study, family environmentand schools’ sports culture.Finally, the paper proposes the following recommendations based on the aboveconclusion:1. Related organization should build a comprehensive protection system to avoidformalism during the carrying out.2. To establish the communication platform with students, form the co-educationmodel by school and family, build good sports environment in schools and families.3. The school leaders and teachers should continue to attach great importance to theWinter Long-distance Activity.4. The schools and families should work together to cultivate children’s interests insports, and improve students’ understanding of the Long-distance Running Activity. Theparents should also spare some time to accompany their children to do sports.5. The teachers should make the activity more interesting, and enhance students’interest with funny organizational form.
