In many sports projects,Strength of quality is fitness training indevelopment levels is an important symbol of all physical quality of theexplosive is to speed。One of the most typical fast power manifestationis explosive,But also explosive force as a basic quality of the runner,especially the Power of the Project,In recent years, many scholars havebeen the development of athletes explosive training methods as a key anddifficult problems strength training research,More and more attention athome and abroad trained experts。To work closely with comprehensiveinternational latest theories and methods of strength training,Bettergrasp quickly the power of the most effective training methods,In orderto find the optimal expected from the rapid strength training method forathletes of lower extremity muscle strength and influence the effect ofthe law of growth factors,To explore effective strength training programto provide experimental data support。Based on referring to literature and Experiments,Select12studentsas subjects at Capital Institute of Physical Department,The subjectswere randomly divided into experimental group (Ⅰ group) and controlgroup (Ⅱ group), after eight weeks of system strength training, usedthe Japan Gombi company producing compyronic Anaeropress3500kick-styleanaerobic explosive tester and stopwatch equipment to test subjects andthen compared and analyzed the indicators of muscle strength testingbefore、 During and after the experiment, we got these followingconclusions:1.The speed strength training can effectively improve the Totalpower,accelerating power,load power,and the effect of group Ⅰis moreobvious than the effect of group Ⅱ。2.The speed strength training can effectively improve the Kickingspeed,and the effect of group Ⅱ is more obvious than the effect of groupⅠ,Ⅱ group stretching speed is increased by0.58m/SEC, improve the ratioof27.8%, has no significant difference before and after the experiment;Ⅰ group stretching speed is increased by0.19m/SEC, increase the ratioof8.7%, with significant difference before and after the experiment。3.The Fast strength training can effectively improve human lower limbmuscle strength of the four basic physical quality, the standing long jump and the vertical jump to touch high measuring the size of the project toimprove is not obvious, do not have significant difference before andafter the experiment; To reflect the standing triple jump, jumping abilityand explosive increase before throwing index Ⅰ group is bigger than Ⅱgroup. Standing triple jump Ⅰ group increased1.08m, increase the ratioof12.5%, with significant difference before and after the experiment;Standing triple jump Ⅱ group increased0.91m, increase the ratio of10.9%,has no significant difference before and after the experiment; Ⅰ beforegroup increased by1.96m, increase the ratio of12.7%, has the significantdifference before and after the experiment; Ⅱ before group increased by1.68m, increase the ratio of11.8%, with significant difference beforeand after the experiment.to improve the large amplitude ratio groupⅠthan in groupⅡ;In reflecting explosive before throwing indicator ofincrease in group Ⅰ than in group Ⅱ。...
