With the development of competitive sports and sports players competitive level increasing,the power strength level has become one of the important elements of many projects of athletic ability,the training methods of sports workers naturally become a hot research The arrangement of the load is the key factor to determine the effect of the athletes' training.In this paper,a large number of training methods of the power strength is understood,the load strength of resistance training is a traditional and basic way to improve the athletes' power strength.Through the analysis and summary of the literature,in recent years,the training method of the combination strength training method which is combined with the large load strength resistance training and light load training method has a significant effect.This paper takes college students as the experimental object,light load to select large load and different load intensity of the barbell squat squat jump exercise,the subjects were divided into three groups,respectively by combination of different load for eight weeks of training,in order to best combined strength training method.After the experiment,through the analysis and summary of the data,the following conclusions are drawn: 1?After eight weeks of the experiment,the squat 85%1RM + 30%1RM squat jump practice,squat 85%1RM + 15% of 1RM squat jump practice,squat 85%1RM + 0%1RM squat jump practice are improving the experimenter 1RM half squatting,standing vertical jump,vertical jump run-up,squat vertical jump four physical quality level.2?After eight weeks of the experiment,three groups of different combination of power training method to improve the effect of 1RM squat had no significant difference,but 85%1RM squat 30%1RM squat jump practice effect is better than 85%1RM squat 15%1RM squat jump practice,85%1RM squat 15%1RM squat jump practice good to 85%1RM squat 0%1RM squat jumping exercises.3 ? After eight weeks of the experiment,squat 85%1RM + 30%1RM squat jump practice of the experimenter to improve the squat position vertical jump effect best,squat 85%1RM + 15% of 1RM squat jump practice to improve the experimenter standing vertical jump effect best,squat 85%1RM + 0%1RM squat jump practice to improve the experimenter's help running vertical jump performance is better than the other two groups.
