The rapid development of the Internet, mankind has been brought into the networkinformation age, youth as important main body of the Internet, network security. Theyouth network ethical literacy directly affects the order of the network, but also thehealthy growth of young people in the network society decisive factors. Adolescent theNetwork Ethics literacy mainly in young people’s awareness of network ethics,knowledge and ability of network ethics and network ethics practice."Double-edgedsword" effect of the technology also requires people while avoiding disadvantages, thenetwork to better people. Internet ethics is different from the traditional ethics, with someunique features, only the organic combination of traditional ethic and network ethicsgood to get out of a suitable development of the road network ethics. The purpose of thisthesis is to improve the network ethical literacy of young people to find a feasible path.In this paper, literature review, analysis Ethical Literacy in the domestic andinternational youth network. Questionnaire summary and evaluation of the ethical statusof the youth network, focused on the healthy development of the relationship betweenyouth literacy and network ethics, which is the innovation of this thesis. Based on theanalysis of the survey found that youth ’s ethical literacy status quo is not optimisticabout the network ethical misconduct is more prevalent, and the performance is alsoreflected in the gender difference, the better the performance of girls than boys.Descriptive exploratory research to address the shortcomings of youth’s ethical literacytraining feasible path selection, build the appropriate training mechanism. I hope throughthis study, to provide a reference for the healthy development of the network; also expectthe, make drip contribution to ethics education for young people to network.
