On Cultivation Of The Consciousness Of College Students’ Humanistic Care

The cultivation of college students’ humanistic care consciousness is one of theimportant goals of higher education reform in our country, is also an important contentof current ideological and political education, people-oriented is the basic principle,emphasizing to respect students’ personality, dignity and value, to achieve liberationand the value of the college students themselves. Humanistic care consciousnessoriginates from ancient Greek humanism,"humanity" is the connection between thehumanistic care consciousness and the humanism, humanistic care consciousnesshighlights the word "care", and this is fundamental to cultivate college students’humanistic care consciousness. In the process of current higher education reform inour country, the cultivation of the college students’ humanistic care consciousness hasmade greater achievements, but there are still some deficiencies and defects, such astraining target, training methods, training mechanism and so on, which all havegreater room for improvement. Society, school and family should adopt measures frommultiple perspectives to cultivate college students’ humanistic care consciousness, toimprove the humanistic care consciousness of college students.This paper adopts document study, integrating theory with practice, and the unityof analysis and synthesis methods, makes a detailed explanation of the connotation tocultivate college students’ humanistic care consciousness.This paper makes ananalysis of the current problems of college students’ humanistic care consciousnesseducation from multi aspects, and analyzes the causes of these problems, finally, putforward the countermeasures from the perspective of the society,school and collegestudents themselves and the to cultivate college students’ humanistic careconsciousness, the full text is divided into three parts.The first part of this paper starts on the theory basis of humanism, analyzes the relationship between humanistic care consciousness and western humanism tradition,the basic idea of Marxism’s basic idea-"people", the Confucian "benevolence"thinking, illuminates the connotation of humanistic care,humanistic careconsciousness and college students’ humanistic care consciousness, laying thefoundation for later discussion. And realizes that it is necessary and urgent tostrengthen the university students’ humanistic care consciousness, the party’s17th CPCNational Congress put forward "strengthen and improve ideological and political work,pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling", this request change thestatus of college students’ humanistic care consciousness cultivation, accelerate thecultivation of college students’ humanistic care, which is important premise ofuniversal humanity quality education in colleges and universities. At the sametime, colleges and universities in interpersonal relationship is more and more complex,between people more and more colder, this is caused by many reasons. Highereducation heavy light humanities knowledge, psychological counselling mechanism isnot sound, and modern society more and more filled with some "money worship" and"hedonism" brought some bad influence to the values of college students, collegesand universities, the role of ideological and political education is not fully highlight,discussed above are the reasons for these problems.The third part, in view of these questions for the cultivation of the collegestudents’ humanistic care consciousness puts forward some Suggestions. Colleges anduniversities to establish humanistic care consciousness cultivation goals, to achieve higher education by the heavy knowledge to the conversion of heavy humanistic care,to optimize the methods of higher education, humanistic care consciousness cultivationof related courses, eventually forming mechanism can promote the education tocultivate college students’ humanistic care consciousness; Colleges and universitiesand the society shall establish a complete set of mechanism of humanistic care andpsychological counseling, mental health education courses, opening students’ greenchannel for more serious psychological problems, to strengthen college students’psychological counseling; Create high-quality campus culture, strengthening theconstruction of good school spirit, strengthen the campus humanities consciousnesstraining atmosphere; College students should also be proactive, efforts to form ahumanistic care consciousness, learn the art of working with people, to strengthenpersonalized learning, strengthen their self-cultivation.
