A series of elements have turned into the new factors which influencethe stablity of the campus, such as civilian-run colleges and universities, enrollment expansion,open environment, psychological stress, network communication, ect. which made the crisis ofuniversity having the trait of diversification, complication. For examples, Yao Jiaxin event, fireaccident in Shanghai Business college, poisoning incident in Fudan University, food poisonedincident in Henan University of Technology,ect. The frequency of campus crisis has aroused thecommon concern. It has threatened the normal regualtion of teaching, research, life and seriouslydamaged the image and reputation of unversities. Meanwhile, it has directly impacted on thestablity and reformation of unversities, and even caused the irretrievable losses for the sounddevelopment of universities and growth of students. Therefore, the management of campus crisishas become the principal problems to be sovled urgently. Confronting the crisis that will occur inany time, we should not only enhance the regular administration, but also prevent it early andcontrol it effectively.The prevention and control of campus crisis refers to a system of effective management andinsititution. The country, local government, education administraion department and unversitiesadopt a variety of effective strategies before the crisis occurs to eliminate the potential dangers,or make the good preparations in idea, organiztion, insititution, material and so forth to preventthe spead of crisis as well as eliminate the damage to the least.
