Demission means to leave a current job. It is the consequence of action. Turnover intentionis a mental activity before leaving. It has a property of procedural. Turnover intention is the laststage of demission and its level determines the result. All the researchers abroad show that it ismore meaningful to research on the turnover intention than the final result. Demission can notonly brings the brain drain, but also be harmful to the stability of the staff team. It is quitcommon in various trades and industries. We have to face this problem, for no one could be sosatisfied with their current jobs. And the tendency of the demission among the child careteachers is acceptable. In recent years, the focus of the early childhood education is graduallygrowing. The "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" published in2010has clearly outlined the goal of popularizing the preschool education universal. Then theState Council published the" Opinions of the State Council on the Current Development ofPre-school Education", which means that our country will improve the early childhooddevelopment to a decisive status. It is obvious that the early childhood education has moreimportant responsibilities. The kindergarten teachers, as the main force of the early childhoodeducation, have to face all the physical and mental pressures coming from all the aspects of oursociety. Therefore, kindergarten teachers seem more likely to have the turnover intention. Thestable of the team of preschool teachers is the assurance for a steady development. Therefore, itis an urgent task to prevent and reduce the turnover intention of the preschool teachers. We needto summarize the general features from the current situation, find out the factors which influencethe demission of preschool teachers.There are three parts in my research:The first part is the current situation of the demission of the preschool teachers. After ananalysis of the data, we can find out that the overall level of the preschool teachers is higher.Affected by individual background factors, we find four kinds of teachers more likely to have theturnover intention, they are: a squad leader position, has a working age between three to fiveyears, at the age from30to40, teach a class size of40to50students. However, a teacher whohas a senior title is not that easy to generate the turnover intention. Private kindergarten teacherstend to leave than private kindergartens turnover intention.The second part is the causes of the tend to quit their jobs. Using the literature review and data analysis, I identify the causes of the turnover intention from the three major aspects ofenvironment and the individual factors. They are: the social environment factors, thekindergarten organization factors,and the individual factors. That is, the low social status of thesepre-school teachers, the high expectations, the poor wages,the heavy workload, the safetyresponsibility and personal background.The third part is about the strategy to deal with the turnover intention. Based on the analysisof the reasons for this problem, I propose the following measures from the aspects of teachers,the system of the kindergarten and the social support: safeguarding the legitimate rights andinterests of the preschool teachers,improving the social status of preschool teachers, making theexpectations of the parents and society of young children reasonable, a clear responsibility forthe early childhood teachers, ensure reasonable number of classes and control of divisionratio,meeting the needs of the teachers in different stages of development, improve the level ofprofessional.
