The advent of an information society has brought about rapid development of social changes,and rural education is also undergoing continuous reform and progress.In order to promote the development of rural education,the government has continuously promoted the implementation of policies such as the construction of teachers,improving the treatment of rural teachers,and optimizing the development environment for rural young teachers.One of the important indicators to measure the quality of life of everyone is a good working environment.Teachers,as an important education group in modern society,of course,a good working environment can not be ignored outside the scope of teacher development.Rural elementary and middle school teachers are the backbone and important builders of rural education,but relevant research shows that there are still phenomena such as low salary,poor working environment,serious loss of key teachers,shortage of teachers,interdisciplinary teaching,etc.It is the main reason hindering the development of rural education,and some studies have shown that there is a correlation between teachers' satisfaction with the working environment and turnover intention.Therefore,this research mainly investigates the status of work environment satisfaction and turnover intention of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province.Based on the understanding of relevant theories and literature compilation,the rural primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province are taken as the research object.The primary and secondary school teachers' overall work environment satisfaction and turnover intention were investigated,and 21 rural primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province were interviewed.Use SPSS2.0 software to analyze the statistics and questionnaires of teachers' work environment satisfaction(work facilities,working hours,job training,unit rewards,work safety,work intensity),teachers' turnover intentions,analyze the status quo and influencing factors of the work environment satisfaction and turnover intention of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Henan Province,and draw research results and explore Some methods to reduce teachers' intention to quit by improving the working environment of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.This study is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is the starting point of the research,including Chapters 1 and 2,mainly elaborated the research background,research review and research design.By collecting relevant data,the author determines the research object,combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and designs the purpose,significance and method of this research.The second part is the breakthrough of research,including Chapters 3 and 4.Mainly in-depth discussion and analysis of the survey results.First of all,the data analysis of the questionnaire survey results,followed by structured interviews,in-depth discussion of the status quo and influencing factors of the work environment satisfaction and turnover intention of rural teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Henan Province.The third part is the results of research,including Chapters 5 and 6.From the three perspectives of government,education department and school,this research puts forward some suggestions to reduce the intention of leaving the job by improving the satisfaction of rural teachers' working environment,and draws the final conclusion of the research,and finally reflects on the deficiencies and future prospects of the research.
