Research And Countermeasures County School Teachers Survive

Development of society needs high quality talents, and cultivating high quality talentsdepends on the good teachers and good teaching skills. Now the knowledge and technologyare rapidly updating, the one-time education cannot meet the requirements of high qualityeducation of teachers, the reform of teacher professionalization is necessary and significant.Teacher professionalization means: as a teacher, he can’t stop studying new knowledge andteaching skills until he retires. And as a teacher, he is becoming more and more professional.The reform about teacher professionalization is one of the most important education reformsand the county level teacher training schools take the main responsibility of this reform. Sincethe county level teacher training schools haven’t found the right direction of development,they are becoming worse and worse. But they still have some advantages that othereducational institutions don’t have. To make the reform of teacher professionalizationeffective, the government can’t cancel he county level teacher training schools and needs tosupport their reform and development.This essay uses literature method, investigation method, interview survey andconcluding analysis method to research the teacher training school in Shizhong, in the city ofZaozhuang, Shandong province. Through these researches and studies, we get the currentcondition of this school and find their developing problems. Then we make some advices forthe development of this school.From the analysis of the teacher training school in Shizhong, in the city of Zaozhuang,we find the reasons why it is developing worse and worse are:(1)Its direction of developmentis wrong, which is different from the current education reform.(2)The quality of its teachers isnot so good, which can’t meet the needs of now school teachers.(3)The content of teachertraining and the training forms are out of date, and so on. But it still has advantages than other educational institutions. For the target of good future, this school should make the rightdirection of development, change the content of teacher training and the training forms andimprove the quality of teachers and so on. As the provider of public service, the governmentshould make some policies which are good for the county level teacher training school andsupport its reform and development by giving regular funds and allowance. In a word, thegovernment should create better political and social environment for the development of thecounty level teacher training schools.
