The Shuyang county in Suqian city of Jiangsu province is located in the northern part,which is aslo a labor output large county. A large number of middle-aged people go out to earn their living.In the one hand, to some extent this increases the peasants income and supports the rural construction; on the other hand, it is undeniable that the loss of effective strength has broken the balance of family structure balance, the elderly and children have become rural left-behind people.Especially, children’s supervision and education has become one of the important problems in the development in the rural society. According to the Shuyang County Committee of the next generation (the Committee) investigation and study, the number of left-behind children is up to112000.When these left-behind children are growing up, there are lots of problems.Such as the living environment, the learning condition which are both lack parental love and care.As an educator, I think I should take my social responsibilities to solve the problem of left-behind children.As the left-behind children in rural areas are relatively concentrated, according to the real life and education conditions of the Left-behind Children in Shuyang County, Suqian City, I have taken the methods of questionnaires, observation, interviews and some others to study the situation (including school education, social education, family education and self education and so on). I also have pointed out that the education of rural left-behind children exists many problems. For example,their culture education and moral education is poor, safety education, psychological health education is seriously insufficient.There is aslo lack of values education distortions such as education, for the construction of these issues in the social context of in-depth analysis. On the basis of the analysis, I must seize the left-behind children healthy development needs, focus on education reform and development overall consideration and then put rural education problems of the left-behind children in the family, school, society and rural left-behind children their own strength of the parties to cooperate effectively.What’s more, taking construction of rural into consideration,the left-behind children’s education management mechanism for rural left-behind children should be put much emphasis. Besides,we also need to create a healthy Educational environment for the children. To be frank,the initiative calls for the attention of social all circles of rural left-behind children, for rural left-behind children growth and development to provide better education environment, so as to establish a more perfect rural left-behind children family support system, school support system, self care system and social support system. Further optimization of rural left-behind children grow up learning environment, the establishment of schools, families, society and the rural left-behind children individual combination of the four rural left-behind children multi-dimensional pattern, we need to appeal to the society, families and schools together on rural left-behind children’s education and guidance problem, then fundamentally solve the rural education problems of the left-behind children.AS we know, love and care for rural left-behind children,can make them under the blue sky of a happy healthy growth.Without doubt,they will become a socially useful builders and reliable successors.This paper is to provide academic support for the discussion about the academic value of rural left-behind children education practice and offer reference to the relevant government departments.As a result,practical value is to consolidate Suqian rural reform, rural education problems of the left-behind children is in farming the problem gets attention after the emergence of new problems in rural areas. To a certain extent, the current rural education problems of the left-behind children is the future of rural problem. it is closely related to the implementation of building a new socialist countryside. In this paper, I try my best to provide reference for certain theoretical basis for the improvement of Suqian City, Shuyang County Rural Left-behind Children’s education management system,thereby consolidating Suqian rural construction achievement and maintain rural stability and harmony.
