The cultural inheritance and traditional culture educational function of Chinese textbook is determined by its Utilizable and humanity characteristics." Chinese course standard of full-time compulsory education "provides the vital function of Chinese on "realizing generous and vast Chinese culture" and "absorbing the intelligence of national culture". One of the effective ways to give students traditional culture education is the promotion of their traditional attainment through Chinese teaching. Thus, there was a need to sort out the traditional culture educational factors and presentation inherent in the primary Chinese textbooks to maximize the Chinese textbooks’ traditional culture education, improve the efficiency of traditional culture education, and offer references for textbook compilers and implementers.In this study, the eight sets of universal primary Chinese textbooks of the people’s Education Press as the scenario manger, the traditional culture educational factors inherent in their statistical analysis, clarity of the eight sets of primary Chinese textbooks contain the traditional culture educational factors and the variation tendency, then get some conclusions and give some recommendations. In order to examine the traditional culture and educational opportunities for researchers and textbook compilers and implementers.Thus, it can play the educational value of the textbook better.The text is divided into four parts:Part Ⅰ—Introduction, which introduces the core problem, status and limitations of the current study, as well as the significance of this study and research ideas; Part Ⅱ—Study design, which illustrates the text, method and the technical route; Part Ⅲ—Formulate analytical framework, which formulates analytical framework after summarizing previous analysis of category; Part Ⅳ—Text analysis, which statistics data and analyses the elements of traditional culture education in the eight sets of primary Chinese textbooks; Part Ⅴ—Conclusion and analysis, which draw the conclusion based on the text analyses; Part Ⅵ—Reflection and suggestion, which reflect the research conclusion, then put forward the proposal:Stable the traditional culture elements of textbooks; optimize presenting mode of elements of traditional culture education.
