Since China embarked on the path of reform and opening-up, Chinese traditional culture has made impressive achievements in education, promoting and dissemination. But in this process, with the strong impact of the market economy, it led to the spread of cultural vulgarization. The lack of ability to identify cultural criticism because of some historical reasons. Too respected audience-oriented issues throng communication process and so on. In order to strengthen education, promoting and spreading of Chinese traditional culture, the Ministry of Education issued "Improving the Chinese Traditional Culture Education Guidance Outline" in March 2014. Guizhou Province also awarded "Guizhou Provincial Department of Education’s view of carrying out the fine traditional Chinese culture and education into the classroom teaching materials Mind" in October 2014. This paper is divided into the following sections.First, it involves research reason, research purpose and significance, definition of related concepts, literature review and research design. By introducing the background, personal experiences, explaining the traditional Chinese culture fit to national culture and illustrating the research reason. From the theoretical and practical level to describe the research significance. The research literature review at home and abroad. The research methods include literature research, survey research and comparative analysis.Second, considering the current situation of Chinese Traditional Culture Education in Middle and Primary Schools, based on "Improving the Chinese Traditional Culture Education Guidance Outline". Discussing Chinese Traditional Culture Education’s resources, ways and means in Middle and Primary Schools respectively. To provide a theoretical basis for investigation of Guizhou Province in the third part.The third part closely linked to the second part. Based on "Guizhou Provincial Department of Education’s view of carrying out the fine traditional Chinese culture and education into the classroom teaching materials Mind". Researching the situation of Guizhou Province’s Chinese Traditional Culture Education in Middle and Primary Schools by questionnaires, interviews and surveys. According to the results, analyzing the main problems and causes.Finally, according to the problems in the third part several strategies and suggestions were provided from the resources, ways and means of Chinese traditional culture.
