Student evaluation is an important part of school education system, it has great impacts on the smoothly teaching and all-round developments of students. The development of student evaluation as a new idea of evaluation, has keen interest of scholars at home and abroad from the start to now. However, in the domestic use of view, it appears to be pessimism, and on the basis of the regional perspective to study the problem of literature is relatively lack, especially in remote areas in northwest,the study provides a practical perspective for this paper.The study based on Urumqi X primary school case,aimed at rich from the perspective of regional developmental student evaluation of related research.The paper firstly combing carefully in the field of the development evaluation, development research literature of student evaluation at home and abroad, discover about the evaluation form of the theory and practice research is relatively perfect,but based on the regional perspective,the current research is lacking.In order to better grasp the essence of developmental student assessment,the author analyzes the concept,characteristics and theoretical basis of developing student evaluation.This paper is to Urumqi X primary school on the investigation of developmental student assessment implementation status.The author chooses the literature analysis method, questionnaire investigation method, observation method and interview method scientific research methods to analyze Urumqi X primary school in the specific implementation of the status, through developmental student evaluation,the integration of research methods is of six dimensions. Survey the main points presented in three parts:questionnaire,observation and interviews,all the data from six dimensions:student evaluation purpose,subject,content,methods,forms,standards.Through the survey data in this paper, X primary school has following problems, evaluation of the main subject focus on the teacher, multivariate cooperation evaluation effect is unable to appear; the evaluation of the main part focus on mandarin, test scores, range is relatively narrow; the evaluation method is simple, evaluation of language stiffness, without the use of the developmental evaluation; evaluation reports on summative evaluation, the form is single, can not fully reflect the students; the children do not participate in the formulation of standards, did not take care of the individual differences of students. The investigation conclusion of this study was aimed at the existing problems, the author puts forward some relative tactics for X primary school, including clear comprehensive and reasonable evaluation purpose, long-term development based on the promotion of students; pay attention to cultivation of the development of teaching idea, enhance the strength of teachers; expand student evaluation subject, evaluation team carefully cultivated; rich the evaluation content, full consideration of all aspects of performance of students; choose a variety of evaluation method, comprehensive, complete show students’ qualities; diversify the evaluation form, objective, fair to viewing every student; consultation to develop evaluation criteria, people consider the differences of students grades.Finally, in the summary part of paper, think deeply the problem of basic education in the development of evaluation, look forward to our evaluation road is more smoothly.
