As we all know, the twenty-first century is the era of knowledge economy. If we say that knowledge is the main driver of the knowledge economy, then the education and learning is truly the development engine of knowledge economy. But in the new era, the "engine" concept, composition and operation mode have occurred the significant changes, increase a participants----information technology. The application of information technology, and changed the way of people's education and learning in fundamentally. It's the "language" and the important "communication tool" in the era of knowledge economy. One of the most representatives is "network". In education, it is more alarming speed by people's acceptance and use;Online learning becomes the most important kind of learning after the traditional school education. Online learning compared with traditional learning methods, both in the sexual of development in evaluation, the main interactive and participatory, comprehensive evaluation of content, dynamic diversity evaluation methods and other aspects have been improved significantly. But we cannot avoid it's exist problems; especially in the online course has become an important source for people to obtain systematic knowledge today.?Looking at the current existing online course and its teaching, we find that most existing online courses focus on teaching content design, light evaluation design, the evaluation is also based on self-test questions, test questions, etc. in the form of unit Lord, in particular the lack of objective evaluation of the student learning process, learning attitudes, feelings of students, student values and sense of innovation and practical ability of students and other aspects of evaluation. And the existing network program evaluation methods, tools, the static is also difficult to timely and effectively reflect the individual student's learning conditions, not conducive to the discovery and development of many potential students. Construction, Design and diversified in line with the online course to learn characteristics of the "pluralism" evaluation system and tools to promote diverse and all-round development of students is imperative.To further promote the development of the evaluation, highlighting the functional evaluation of the development of students, this study course for the network is mostly the result of evaluation, summative evaluation, and diversity, process evaluation and development of small to carry out the actual situation the development of evaluation as a guide, learn other evaluation ideas, build a Web-based course "electronic portfolio" Student evaluation of multiple development platforms.
