The<National education reform and development of long-term planning programs>(2010-2020) has clear-cut put forward that the education should "Fully implement the Party’s education policy, insist that the education is service to the construction of the socialist modernization and to the people, combine with the productive labor and the social practice, in order to bring up the socialist builders and successors with the all-round development of cultivate virtue, wisdom." And this is become the same goal of different times of education. And one of the most important missions of the education is to bring up the high-quality personnel with all-round development, so it has a greatly significance to investigate the all-round quality development of the university students. The ’all-round’ development are main contain all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’, personality, creativity and professional in the university level. The development of personality, creativity and professional is based on the development of the all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’.So, this article is main talking about the all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’ of the university students, which play a based part in ’all-round’ development. The all-round quality development is been affected by many factors, the courses is the main channel. The compulsory courses are ’the courses that every professional student should take study in colleges and universities. Although the compulsory courses is not directly contact with the professional, but it is essential in bring up the special talented person who have a great development in all-round quality of cultivate virtue, wisdom’. These courses are the common curriculums which are aimed at ensure the students development in ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’, and lay a solid foundation for the study of the professional. The guarantee and necessary conditions in realized the all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’ of the university students are the categories with a reasonable structure of the compulsory public courses.So, is that compulsory public courses got work in promote the all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’of the university students? In this study, we will explore how many questions are exist in the site of the compulsory public courses and put forward the reasonable categories and structure after the university students’self-evaluation of the all-round quality of’cultivate virtue, wisdom’been affected of it. With the tools of<The self-evaluation of the all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’of the university students affected by the public courses>(Appendix) This article is decided to find out the university students’understanding and evaluation the relationship between compulsory public courses and the self-development of the qualities. The first one is the university students’cognition to the value of compulsory public courses. The second is the self-evaluation the relationship the compulsory public course and the development of university students all-round qualities. The third is the question of the set of the compulsory public courses. In this study, we selected686students; all of them come from liberal arts and science within six universities.The survey shows:First, within the students been investigated, nearly40%students didn’t know that the compulsory public courses are main affects the all-round quality development of cultivate virtue, wisdom; only nearly35%students knew that the public elective courses are main affects the students’ development of personality; only30%students knew that the compulsory public courses is main affects the students’development of creativity;83.7%students have already recognized that the specialized courses is main affects the students’development of professional. So, we can infer that the university students didn’t have a great clear cognition of the set of the courses in university.Second, the curriculum of’aesthetic species (e.g. Aesthetic Education)’and ’Thinking Training species (e.g. Common Logic)’haven’t come up as a compulsory courses.Third, with the affection of compulsory public courses, the students’look forward to the degree of development is significantly higher than real (p=0.000<0.001) in virtue, wisdom, body, labor.Forth, the’aesthetic species’and’Thinking Training species’are the weakest been affected by the public courses. the university students’look forward to the degree of development is significantly lower than real (p=0.000<0.001) in appreciate beauty, performance beauty and creative beauty, the university students’look forward to the degree of development is significantly lower than real (p=0.000<0.001) in knowledge(basic knowledge, professional knowledge), technical ability(read, write, count, experiment, movement, produce) and wisdom(perception observed, thinking ability, memory);Fifth, overall, the mean of the mean of the development of the all-round quality of’cultivate virtue, wisdom’from high to low is beauty (3.29), body (3.15), wisdom (3.09), moral (3.05), labor (2.97). And the specifically of the index of the development of all-round quality of’cultivate virtue, wisdom’ from high to low is appreciate beauty (3.64), performance beauty (3.28), physical (3.20), knowledge (3.18), sports knowledge and skill (3.15),the habit of sport (3.09), moral character (3.08),ideas (3.06), wisdom (3.04), political stance (3.01), creative beauty (2.95), ideas of labor (2.85), the habit of work (2.79).This study shows, the compulsory public courses which have a great useful in realize the development of all-round quality of’cultivate virtue, wisdom’ So, the study point out and advise that we should make the courses perfection, and there are:<The Mao Zedong Thought, how Deng Xiaoping Theory and do "The Three Represents">,<The Outline of Chinese Modern History>,<Policy Division of the situation>,<Military Training and Theory Military>,<Marxist Fundamental Principles>,<Thought morals Tutelage and Legal Foundation>,<College English>,<Basic Course Of The Computer Of The Universiry>,<Thinking Training species (e.g. Common Logic)>,<University Sports>,<aesthetic species(e.g. Aesthetic Education)>,<University Student Professional Profession Plan And Career Guidance>. The perfection of the compulsory public course is mainly about to promote the university students’development of the all-round quality of ’cultivate virtue, wisdom’, and based on this, it has a great useful in promote the development of the students’personal, creativity, and professional. Based on the investigation of the form studies, this article is put forward that we should perfect the category of the compulsory public courses and analysis the specific index of the all-round quality of’cultivate virtue, wisdom’. Because of the limited capability of the author, it is deserve to study further the interaction of the university students’development of all-round quality of’cultivate virtue, wisdom’, personality, creativity, and profession.
