Innovation Of Ideological And Political Education Law Education In The New Counseling

Dredging Education Method is an applicable method of ideological and political education, as well as one of the basic methods. As a practical and effective method of ideological and political education, from the perspective of inter-subjectivity of ideological and political education, dredging education method with its unique features and functions are widely used in ideological and political education in universities. As time goes by, with the changes of environment and awareness of educators, the original education method cannot meet the requirements of ideological and political education like the quality of educators, ways and means to use and hardware conditions in the new period, so researchers should base on the existing theories to innovate new method. It not only helps to broaden the horizon of ideological and political education, enrich the theory of ideological and political education of college students, but also can effectively solve the difficulties and problems existing in current education of college students, grasp the law of ideological and political education of college students, create the mode of ideological and political work, and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. There are five chapters in this article.The first chapter is an introduction of this article. It is mainly introduce dredging education method from researching background, significance, situation at home and broad, contents, methods, innovation and several other aspects. The second chapter is to solve the question "what is dredging education method", mainly introducing the connotation and characteristics of the education method. The author gives its exact meaning from two concepts----"dredge" and "guide", and analyses of the dialectic relationship between them, finally arrives at a full conception and the basic characteristics of dredging education method. Chapter III introduces the basic function of dredging education method; it is also help us understand dredging education method. Through analyzing the concepts, combining with dredging education method used in practice, we can conclude that the differences of basic functions between dredging education method and other methods are guiding, coordinating and educating. The fourth chapter lies in combination of the theory and the practice, answering the issue of "why we should create dredging education method". Starting from the two parts----using the sufficient aspect and using the insufficient aspect, the author analyzes the present situation of dredging education method. The sufficient aspect is mainly used to describe how to use dredging education method widely in political education in new period, according to this we can see the popularity of this new method, what’s more, giving the necessary conditions for researches and innovations. Using the insufficient aspect mainly through analyzing the problems in the process when we carry out the new method, concluding the bottleneck and challenges in using it. Finally developing and innovating the widely welcomed education method that arriving at the need and urgency of the teachers and students in the new period. The fifth chapter is the key part of this article, as well as the section of education theory, practice and innovation. This part mainly introduce that how to innovate dredging education method in the new period. Starting from the environment of our country’s education and universities, the latest findings of the Sanitization of Marxism, the education theory of our Party and the rules of development and change in students’moral, the author solve the problems focuses on five aspects----education concept, education content, education method, education carrier and education team. And also the author makes in-depth thoughts and researches through combing the practice of political education in the new period, creating the dredging education method from all aspects in order to make the effective and popular method be invigorated in the new period of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.
