In charge of a class in Senior High School,teachers have to be confronted with various problems,for example,the inevitable psychological problems of students.Close to being mature in mind,Senior High School students have a variety of ways to think.With learning pressure increasing,high school students are facing more complicated and diverse problems.But in the practice of class management in high school,teachers are often influenced by traditional teaching mode and idea,which leads to the ignorance of students' psychological problems.Focus is transferred to solving more superficial learning problems.In practice,it shows that more attention is paid to management rather than persuasion.Dredging Education has become a specific way of education in the long-term practice,whose aim is to help students solve psychological obstacles encountered in their learning process,thus reaching the goal of learning well by eliminating the psychological barriers.In order to have a deep understanding the application of Dredging Education to class management in high school,methods such as questionnaire survey,field visits and case analysis are employed in this research to give an analysis of problems existing in Dredging Education method.Problems have been found in teachers,such as a lack of awareness of Dredging Education,singularity of method,less targeted,low utilization of resources of teaching supplement.As to the students,problems also exist that their need of Dredging Education is insufficient;in another word,they are unwilling to communicate with teachers when they have psychological problems.The study also finds the cause of these problems are teachers' lack of the quality of implementing Dredging Education,and the influence of traditional teaching mode.Therefore,the students are not very well motivated to communicate due to the teachers' authority.The study holds the view that changes should begin with the improvement of teachers' awareness as well as quality and ability in persuasion,helping teachers master as many methods and strategies as possible,so that different methods are applied to different students.At the same time,network-based and information education resources should widely be applied.
