Social life is inseparable from social interaction, class life can not be separated from the interaction between teachers and students. in teaching is a mutual close relationship between teachers and students. Through the exchange of information between teachers and students, Teacher-student interaction and students can get a great promotion. However, there is some conflict on teachers’power and student autonomy. Generally speaking, the teachers’ power is greater than the power of the students’ autonomy. Teachers often don’t respect the autonomy of the students, the initiative of the students are not well. The cooperation between teachers and students, the students and the students, the students’ creativity and traditional teaching and learning theory don’t get better development.This article focuses on the interaction between teacher and student in class. Based on Foucault’s power theory, body theory and space theory, Researcher deeply analyses micro-power in classroom. This article’s perspective focuses on classroom. There is two aspects:one is the position change of the teachers and students the two groups in the classroom; the other is the discourse between the teachers and different levels students in the process of classroom teaching. Through analyzing interaction of teachers and students in both contexts, reveal the micro-power operation in the process between teacher-student interaction in the classroom.First, the use of the powers of discipline and normalizing judgment means, the students were detained in a closed environment. With the change of the spatial location of the teachers and students, to analyze micro-power in the classroom, revealed in the closed environment, under the domination of the teachers’ authority, the students in the classroom is in a state of the discipline.Secondly, with Foucault’s discourse theory, analyze interaction of students and teachers in the classroom teaching process, reveal the delicate operation of power between teachers and the different levels in the classroom, reflect the extension of the powers of teachers, to be more display the microcosmic action of teachers’power.Finally, summarize and reflect the operation of power between teachers and students in different contexts. Recognizing teachers’ the dominant power in the process of interaction between teachers and students, the activities of the students in the classroom are restricted by teachers, the powers of the students didn’t get the original reflected. The students in the classroom should get free, fully use their own power.In short, this article tries to think the real phenomenon in the process of teaching, reveals hidden micro-power between student-teacher interaction, and let people know discipline and control in the classroom, explore the social factors that exist in the school education, prompting people to re-recognize, understand and reflect the purpose of education, to develop a new research perspective, creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom, and actively promote the development of basic education curriculum reform, achieve students’ the comprehensive and personality development.
