| Competitive sports in colleges and universities has greatly been promoted as a result of the program on developing the after-school athletic training to improve the sports technologies and skills in colleges and universities laid down and carried out the original board of Education and the original Physical culture and Sports Commission in Oct.1986. A sports team plays an important role in external interchange and is one of the best means of enhancing the visibility of colleges or universities, extending its influence and making sports brand; also it is an efficient way and strategic necessity of give impetus to education for all-round development, cultivating academic qualifications, high-quality interdisciplinary talents and it is a moral force in campus sports culture. What’s more, a sports team is the extension and complement of personnel training in colleges and universities, and is the best way which reflects humanistic spirit is cohered and team spirit is cultivated.In Oct.18th,2011, the decision on the problems that culture system reform is deepened to improve socialist culture development and gloriousness was passed by the Party, which makes a difference in deepening the current culture system reform, improving the socialist culture development, opening a new Chinese socialism and realizing the of Chinese. The idea is put forward in the key work where the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the17th Central Committee is studied and propagated by education department:the campus culture is improved, and colleges and universities are guided to cultivate and condense colleges and universities spirit, Moreover, staff, especially youth and students, are encouraged to take part in building up basic culture and mass cultural activities. The director and secretary of the Party Leadership Group of General Administration of sport, Mr. LiuPeng, thinks that culture is advanced by sports and sports play an important role in promoting culture development and gloriousness.The influence of sports teams in colleges and universities shows on the material, the spirit and the system. It is easily found by documentation campus sports culture, which is considered as the support culture in colleges and universities, has been hindered and has not developed well. Besides, the promotion of sports teams to the sports culture plays their roles completely. Therefore, Luzhou medical college is taken for example to investigate the promotion of the sports team in Luzhou medical college to the campus sports culture by analyzing the material, the spirit and the system and research is carried into the all-round promotion of sports teams to the campus sports culture by the SWTO to the influence of Luzhou medical college sports team on the campus cultue.
