A Case Study Of Of College Instructors And Campus Sports Culture Construction

College counselors are an important part of the university teachers' team and management team.They are the organizers and implementers of college students' ideological and political education work.In the construction of college campus sports culture,university instructors are the participants and builders of campus sports culture,and the university instructors are closely related to the construction of campus sports culture,serving as the spirit leader,advocate and the builders of the sports system.This research utilization Document method,interviewing method,the Questionnaire method,the case analytic method,the logical analytic method,are used to investigate the case of Lanzhou University of Technology,and through interviews with college students,counselors and experts.Through on-the-spot investigation and interview,this paper aims to understand campus sports culture construction in the concept of sports physical infrastructure,behavior form,sports system construction,the counselor access system,professional structure,sports spirit and sports behavior fashion concept.At the same time,the factors that restrict the participation of College Counselors in the construction of campus sports culture are as follows:(1)The uneven development of the overall sports culture of the campus;(2)The imperfect construction of sports infrastructure and sports system;(3)The imperfect evaluation and evaluation mechanism of the counselors;(4)The unbalance of the professional structure and proportion of the counselors;(5)The lack of the counselors.Theoretical knowledge,lack of understanding of sports,and sports behavior and sports spirit need to be further improved.The college counselors play a important role in the construction of campus sports culture.They should take its own responsibility,this article helps those counselors to better play their role in the construction of campus sports culture's.(1)Schools should improve the system of campus sports,schools should improve the teachers and students' participation in the construction of campus sports culture identity;(2)The government and the school should work together to improve the proportion of college counselors and reduce the work intensity of college counselors;(3)The counselors' sports training should be strengthened to improve the college counselor's physical education and sports cognition;(4)The content of assessment and evaluation should also be enriched;(5)College counselors shouldchange their ideas,strengthen their understanding,set up a correct concept of physical education,work hard,set an example for the students and perform their duties in the construction of campus sports culture.
